Vaccination requirements.

We pride ourselves on our strict vaccination requirements, although we turn a lot of new customers away, it is a way to ensure we have the healthiest bunnies stay with us.

Vaccinations are very important and prevent nasty, often lethal diseases, at the same time allows your pet to receive a through health check. ‘Money well spent’

If you are the owner of a rabbit we require you to bring a current vaccination certificate against VHD & Myxomatosis upon arrival. 

All guests are to be in good health on arrival. When guests arrive a brief examination (eyes, ears, nose, coat etc) will be carried out. Animals found with respiratory problems, skin problems or parasites will be unable to stay.

We do not mind guests staying who have existing medical conditions-each case will be taken into account and veterinary advise may be sought. 

If guests become unwell during their stay with us and require a trip to the vet's, we will do our up most to make contact with you on the emergency telephone number if stated on arrival. Veterinary guidance will be actively followed in guests interest.

Owners will be responsible for costs incurred for veterinary visits/treatment upon collection of guests. 

We have a lot of support from our veterinary practices.

If your pet becomes unwell he or she would be seen by a vet and if necessary would be moved into the house to live with me so I can keep a close eye on them.

A charge of £4.00 will be payable for each visit to the vets.

If your vets is not within a 2 mile radius, our local veterinary practice will be used.  

We will take no responsibility of any pets pregnancy as all our animals are kept separate unless otherwise stated by you.

We reserve the right to take action deemed fit in respect of your pet in the event of non collection or contact by yourselves after 7 days from the arranged date of collection. Our arrangement will be to try and re-home your pet.
