Murphy
Our Flemish Giants Flemish Giants, are fantastic pets, however they require a lot of time &, dedication. Due to their size and strength giant breeds can be difficult to hold. If held incorrectly, or twisting of the spine occurs it may result in spinal injuries. Flemish Giants need a lot of exercise and to keep one in a hutch all day would be cruel, My Flemish’s are housed in an 8-ft long hutch 2-ft high 2-ft deep or large adapted dog kennels. During the day they take it in turn running around the garden, the garden is secure and has five foot wire mesh all around the boarders to save my plants. My Flemish are hardly picked up they come and go as they please, the Flemish’s are only allowed out when I am there, and are never out by themselves. However I am normally around the garden having a cup of tea somewhere! The giant breeds don’t normally live as long as other rabbit relations, very sad but true. They are gentle giants and given plenty of care, love, and if housed correctly, are fantastic members of the family. Murphy, Is an opal Flemish, he has fantastic ears, and enormous feet, he has a big heart, but loves nothing more than having his nose rubbed and his breakfast bowl every morning! Harriet Is a black Flemish Doe, who loves sneaking in the chickens house when they are not looking! Georgia. Is a steel Doe, ( harriet's daughter) Bailey, is an orange buck, we are hoping he will produce some lovely coloured kittens. he is full of character and loves Bluebell, dearly. Bluebell is a beautiful blue, she has a lot of character and is great fun to watch running around the garden.
